No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between CouponBee and any user.

3. Coupon Validity & Redemption

Coupon validity, terms, and conditions are exclusively governed by the issuing merchant. CouponBee makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, or redeemability of any coupon. Buyers are solely responsible for verifying expiry dates, merchant restrictions, and specific terms of use prior to completing any transaction.

4. User Responsibilities

• Sellers: Must list only genuine, active, and legally obtained coupons. Listing expired, redeemed, or fraudulent coupons is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
• Buyers: Must conduct due diligence by reviewing all coupon details, merchant terms, and seller ratings before purchasing. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by our official Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CouponBee, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from: (a) merchant refusal to honor a coupon; (b) expired or invalid coupons; (c) user disputes or fraudulent activities; (d) indirect financial losses; or (e) third-party service interruptions or cybersecurity incidents.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, and merchant identities displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their use on CouponBee does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with CouponBee.

7. Modifications & Governing Law

CouponBee reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
