Yes, absolutely! Creating a basic buyer or seller account on CouponBee is 100% free. We only charge a small, transparent commission fee when a successful transaction is completed on the platform.

We employ a multi-layered verification process. All sellers must verify their identity, and our automated systems check coupon validity where possible. Additionally, our buyer rating and review system helps maintain high standards. If a coupon is found to be invalid, our dispute resolution team steps in immediately.

Simply browse our marketplace, find the coupon you need, and click "Buy Now". You will be directed to our secure checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the coupon code and redemption instructions will be instantly delivered to your account dashboard and email.

If a coupon is invalid, expired, or already redeemed, please contact our Support Team within 24 hours of purchase with a screenshot of the error from the merchant's website. We will investigate and, if verified, issue a full refund or provide a replacement coupon.

Because digital coupons can be copied and used instantly, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once the coupon code has been revealed in your dashboard. However, if the coupon is unused and the seller agrees, a return may be possible. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Register for a free account and navigate to your Seller Dashboard. Click "List a Coupon", fill in the details (brand, discount value, expiry date, price), and upload any required proof of ownership. Once reviewed and approved by our team, your listing will go live!

You can sell any legitimate, unused digital coupon, promo code, or gift voucher, provided it complies with the original merchant's terms of service. We accept coupons for e-commerce, travel, food delivery, electronics, and more. Note: We strictly prohibit the sale of stolen, fraudulent, or physically restricted coupons.

Funds are held securely in escrow until the buyer confirms successful redemption (or 48 hours pass without a dispute). Once cleared, the amount (minus our transparent platform fee) is added to your Wallet. You can withdraw your earnings directly to your bank account via UPI, NEFT, or IMPS within 1-2 business days.

We accept all major payment methods via our secure payment gateway, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are 256-bit SSL encrypted.

No hidden fees, ever. Buyers pay exactly the listed price. Sellers are subject to a small, clearly displayed platform commission (typically 5-10%) only when a sale is successfully completed. Withdrawal to your bank account is completely free.

You can request account deletion at any time by going to your Profile Settings and clicking "Delete Account", or by emailing support@couponbee.in. Please note that account deletion is permanent, and any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn prior to deletion. We may retain certain transaction records as required by law.
